On March 12-13, Mr. Frank S. Jannuzi, former chief policy advisor for East Asia, U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, visited Okinawa to participate in a series of programs. On the first day, he spoke to members of the Okinawa Association of Corporate Executive on "Economic Integration: The Future of the Chinese Economy and Challenges for the U.S. and Japan." The same evening, Consul General Kevin Maher held a dinner on his behalf attended by various Okinawa dignitaries, including Okinawa Vice Governor Zenki Nakazato. The following day, Mr.Jannuzi addressed the membership of the American Chamber of Commerce of Okinawa and senior U.S. Navy personnel at White Beach Naval Station.
