On February 27-28, Institute for National Strategic Studies Fellows Dr. Phillip C. Saunders and Dr. Ellen L. Frost visited Okinawa for a series of programs. The duo spoke before approximately 90 members of the Okinawa Keieisha Kyokai (Okinawa Employers' Association) on "A Comprehensive Assessment of the Impact of China's Rise." The following morning, Saunders and Frost briefed members of the American Chamber of Commerce of Okinawa before departing for the mainland.
